1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

• Full payment is required on the day of the photoshoot.

• The session will only proceed once payment has been made in full.

• By booking a session, the client agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed here. (Either signature or deposit confirms agreement of Terms & Conditions.)

2. TURNAROUND TIME

• The standard editing and delivery period is 6 to 8 weeks from the date of the photoshoot.

• During peak seasons, slight delays may occur. Clients will be notified if this happens.

3. EDITING & RETOUCHING

• All photographs include professional editing such as colour correction, exposure adjustments, and general clean-up.

• Conformation changes to horses will not be made under any circumstances.

4. IMAGE USAGE & SOCIAL MEDIA

• Selected images may be used for social media, website, marketing, and portfolio purposes.

• If you prefer images not be shared, notify before or on the day of the photoshoot.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Horses must be clean, brushed, and prepared before the session.

• A competent handler must be present at all times.

6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

• Photographer retains full copyright.

• Clients receive personal-use rights with proper credit.

• Images may not be altered with heavy edits or filters.

• Commercial use requires written permission.

7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Sessions may be rescheduled due to poor weather or unsafe conditions.

• Late arrivals may reduce session time.

8. SAFETY CLAUSE

• Photographer is not responsible for injuries or unpredictable horse behaviour. Unsafe behavior may lead to the session being paused or ended.

9. TRAVEL FEES

• Travel is free within 5 km of the photographer's home.

• Beyond this radius, travel is charged at R4.50 per km (round trip).

• Tolls or facility fees are the client's responsibility.

10. WEATHER & LIGHTING CONDITIONS

• Photographer may postpone due to unsuitable conditions.

11. DELIVERY OF IMAGES

• Images delivered digitally via gallery or download link. Galleries remain active 14-30 days; re-uploads may incur a fee.

• Raw files will not be provided

12. STORAGE & BACKUP

• Final images stored for 6-12 months.

• Clients must back up downloaded images.

13. EXTRA FEES

• There is a R200 fee for every 15 min over the booked session time.

• Commercial use and sole ownership of images will be provided at an additional fee of R750.
